Confinement Ending Package A is a traditional postnatal treatment designed as the final stage of the confinement period, commonly known as “Penutup Pantang.” This treatment is typically performed during the last few days of the first month after childbirth to complete the mother’s recovery journey.

The package includes a combination of sauna or herbal uterine fumigation, postnatal massage, uterine reposition massage, and hot compress therapy, all delivered within a 2-hour session. These treatments work together to eliminate trapped “wind,” support detoxification, and ensure proper uterine contraction and alignment.

Administered by a professional bidan, the session also includes a precautionary COVID-19 self-test before treatment. The overall experience focuses on restoring the body’s internal balance, enhancing circulation, and helping mothers transition out of their confinement period feeling rejuvenated and physically restored.
